I have lived in Deer Meadows for 32 years. First as a child, and then I bought my own home there as an adult. This is a wonderful kid friendly, pet friendly mobile home park and beautiful place for raising a family. Management and maintenance staff is friendly, and improvements are constantly being made. It's a nice place to call home, located in a quiet country location. Great place to live!
This is a great family community with BEAUTIFUL BRAND new homes. I have noticed other places are a dump and charge you way more to live there. UMH does an excellent job keeping up with maintenance. Also, they are doing A LOT to improve the park. The new homes mostly come with two baths, which I absolutely love. This is a great place for my family and I; we are happy to call this place home :)
I reported a mice problem in my mobile home and the property manager has done nothing to resolve the issue. I was told to buy traps when this problem was here before I moved in. Now I'm being ignored about the issue even though I've sent pictures of mice droppings under the stove and dishwasher which is a big health concern. They are in the walls and I can hear them at night scratching, biting on wood, and so that's also concerns me about my property in the home that could get damaged. She hasn't even called pest Control to take care of it and I was told to be "upfront" about any issues and this is how I'm being treated as a new tenant. I still haven't got my mailbox keys after 3 weeks of being in the home and she finally told me just on Friday that she had to get the lock replaced and I'd get new keys. In my true opinion...it is a quiet neighborhood to live on but I guess they don't care that their new mobile home being destroyed by mice that were here before me. It says a lot about their priorities. So all in all, I regret doing business with such shady people.

I've lived in this trailer park for almost 11years I love it here it's very peaceful and quiet. Since UMH took over there have been great improvements done. Beautiful new homes, torn down the old run down homes, paved the Main Street coming in and many others and more to come. I love the fact that you can now pay your rent online it's makes it even more convenient. I can't wait to see what other improvements there are. I have some great neighbors to, I would love to meet more of them but I'm always working when they have the block party. It's a great place to live it's like having your own home and it's all on 1 floor. I can't wait for the new street lights. The staff is a great help.
